You may not directly or indirectly re-stream, distribute, broadcast or transmit the content through any device, software, internet site, web-based service or other means.
Third-party purchases:
Your transactions and other dealings with third-party vendors found on or through the service, including “click to purchase,” and other similar programs, are solely between you and the dealer.
Quality of streams:
The quality of your viewing experience depends on your network access and device capabilities. The factors that affect the quality of the stream include your location, internet capacity, the number of devices connected to the same network, the content you have chosen, and the configuration of the device you are using. ALIENS IPTV cannot guarantee the quality of the content in these regards. Please note that sharing a subscription will result in permanent suspension or device ban.
Used balance:
All subscriptions made and credits used are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Unsupported regions:
Our services are not available in the following countries: Iran.
Accuracy of information:
All information you submit to our database must be accurate and up-to-date. Please keep your passwords safe and do not reveal them to any ALIENS IPTV agents. You are responsible for all usage of your account.
Compatibility:
To access the services, you must use devices that meet the system and compatibility requirements that we establish in our Help center.
Internet service and data usage:
You are responsible for any expenses related to your network access used to access our services.
Sharing a subscription:
Sharing a subscription is not allowed. You can only have one active stream open at any given time. However, you can watch on multiple devices simultaneously by purchasing additional connections.
Purchase details:
To make a purchase, you must follow the ordering procedures described through the service. Pricing details for products and procedures for payment and delivery are displayed through the service and are subject to change without notice.
Suspension and downtime:
In addition to our rights to terminate or suspend your access as outlined above, you acknowledge that your access and use of the services may be suspended for the duration of any sudden or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the services for any reason.
All communications and notices made or given in accordance with this Agreement must be in the English language.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate or limit your use of the services or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if ALIENS IPTV determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms or any law, rule, or regulation.
The ALIENS IPTV logo, and other ALIENS IPTV marks, graphics, and scripts, are trademarks of ALIENS IPTV .
None of the ALIENS IPTV trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise exploited.
